Faire une différence

Alors Dieu les bénit et leur dit : "Soyez féconds et multipliez, remplissez la terre et soumettez-la, dominez sur les poissons de la mer, sur les oiseaux du ciel et sur tout ce qui vit sur la terre". -Genèse 1:28

Rien sur cette terre n'a plus de valeur que toi ! Aucune autre forme de vie terrestre ne joue un tel rôle que l'humanité. Le monde se tient littéralement debout ou tombe sur les actions des hommes. Seul l'homme a le pouvoir d'épuiser les ressources de la terre et de polluer son atmosphère. Le péché d'un seul homme, Adam, a corrompu le monde (Genèse 6:12, 13). 

En revanche, l'obéissance d'un seul homme, Jésus-Christ, a apporté la justification et la justice à beaucoup (Romains 5:18, 19). Si nous, en tant que rachetés, marchions parfaitement dans cette justification et cette justice, nous pourrions faire fleurir et prospérer le monde ! Dieu veut révéler Sa vérité et Sa beauté au monde à travers l'humanité rachetée. 

En tant que croyants, nous avons tous une importance stratégique dans nos propres cercles d'influence, et nous pouvons maximiser l'impact du bien autour de nous et encourager les autres à faire de même. Nous pouvons et nous ferons une différence dans notre monde par le pouvoir de Celui qui vit en nous. 

Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” -Genesis 1:28

Nothing on this earth is more valuable than you! No other form of earthly life plays such a role as mankind. The world literally stands or falls on the actions of men. Only man has the power to deplete the earth’s resources and pollute its atmosphere. The sin of one man, Adam, corrupted the world (Genesis 6:12, 13). 

In contrast, the obedience of one Man, Jesus Christ, brought justification and righteousness to many (Romans 5:18, 19). If we, as His redeemed, were to walk perfectly in that justification and righteousness, we could cause the world to bloom and blossom! God wants to reveal His truth and beauty to the world through redeemed mankind. 

All of us as believers have strategic significance in our own circles of influence, and we can maximize the impact of good around us and encourage others to do the same. We can and will make a difference in our world by the power of the One who lives in us.
